It’s Friday

Friday it’s the perfect day, the working week is almost over, email and mobile can be put aside for a while. I can spend 2 days with my family, my 3 (+1) cats, I can relax and, of course, bake!

The sourdough starter has been fed, it’s active and bubbly, just waiting to play its role in the baking movie we are going to film. I have quite a lot of ideas for this baking weekend..
